Which model should adequate for me, the 565 or 665?
The 565 model will splendidly satisfy most demands and performance desires for a modern Yield logger.
The information provided by either the 565 or the 665 computers are comparable. Both computers are directly compatible to GPS position performance, subsequently yield mapping.
Are you however planning for a comprehensive implementation of precision farming technology in your farm business, the LH 665 would definately be your right choice.
Some particular LH 665 advantages:
Large screen allows operator to verify the vehicle position and the entire field image. You can follow your "worked" and "remaining" area.
Very easy to operate. On-screen operator-guidance.
Large memory and computer power.
Built-in "marker" for field "problem areas".
Compatible with the LH5000 Multi purpose computer.
It will serve as your "Data-unit" in conjunction with a LH 5000 multi computer while used for "VRT" (variable-rate-treatment) field application of fertiliser, pesticides, etc.
(The LH 5000 DataLink is subsequently not necessary)
